HELLO!  Welcome to 1999 where women can be found anywhere a man can be found (with the exception of a male restroom etc.).  Chocolate festivals?  Give me a break.  Dental offices?  I don't even see the connection.  I think you forgot the classic "church" answer. I think church is a great place to find people with your same values, etc... The idea that you can name places to meet women is boardering obsurd.  If you ask happily married couples where they met you will get a variety of answers from parties, to school, to bars, to just about anywhere.  Chance meetings can happen anywhere at any time.  Maybe if you stop looking so hard you'll stumble upon one yourself. Learn to love you.  Learn to love being with yourself.  One of the biggest turn ons is a person with some independance. 90's girl
