The obvious
answer is that you can't go to some place to "look for
love". The people that you generally meet in a
bar are not going to be seeking a serious relationship.
You have to go to the places that you like to go and do the
things that you like to do because that is where you will
"find" people who share your interests. You
have to "do your thing" and let love happen.
!NOT!
Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! This standard answer is OBVIOUSLY
WRONG! According to me, anyways. It
is obviously wrong because I have noticed that rolling stones
do not pick up moss, UNLESS THEY'RE ROLLING DOWN A MOSSY HILL!
You're not going to meet women, UNLESS YOU'RE WHERE WOMEN
ARE! This came as a revelation to me as I tried to figure
out why I wasn't forming any serious relationships when I
played volleyball. I realized that men outnumber women
volleyball players by more than 2 to 1. These are NOT
good odds. Until our society and culture change substantially,
there will be more men than women playing sports. Men
and women are DIFFERENT and prefer DIFFERENT things.
So where are
the odds BETTER for men? Doing something WOMEN like!
It's so clear to me now. You have to do something you
DON'T like, in order to meet good women!! So let's figure
out where there are women.
Women like
to dance. Eureka! Contrary to our standar
d
answer, once I started to dance, bars became a great place to
meet women; i.e. bars with dance floors. I've met some very
nice women who ARE looking for serious relations in dance bars.
And I have learned to LIKE dancing (however this may have something
to do with women being found there).
Where else
do women congregate? I think I'll leave that to your
imagination. I'm sure you can figure out places like
museums, music classes, chocolate festivals,
 dental
offices, etc.; stuff you DON'T like to do. If you go where women
are, the odds are much better and you'll meet one of those women.
Unless of course they read this first and decide to do something
that THEY don't want to do!
