Dear Panel,

I am doing a long distance relationship now, and have been for almost a year.

My boyfriend and I have been talking about him moving here for a few months but he hasn't started doing anything to get the process going. He is going to ask for a transfer at work but hasn't yet. I want him to move here ASAP, but he is taking his grand ol' time.

How can I speed up the process but make it so I am not pressuring him? I don't want to give him an ultimatum, but I feel that I have to to get him moving.

Help?
