Dear Panel,

My boyfriend and I just broke-up.  We had dated for almost three years.

I had been really distant with him lately, for reasons I am not sure of myself. I just found out that he has asked another woman out.  He told me.  So I went and picked up my things. 

I really love him and don't know what to do.  It's really hard because we live 40 miles apart.  What can I do to win him back?
