If it's meant to be, it will happen.

My boyfriend and I just split up last week. I have been racking my brain trying to understand why. He said he loved me every day. Our relationship was healthy. We adored each other. One fight in 6 months and he bailed, with a "never contact me, it is completely over" statement.

We Were Meant To Be

We were meant to be. Everything was right, our beliefs, our morals, our religion, our families, our love, our passion, our commitment, our concern for one another.

And yet, we aren't going to happen. He was very matter of a fact. And it hurts like heck.

I Won't Chase Him

And no, I'm not going to stupidly chase him. I called once, and wrote him one email listing all 50 of the things I loved so incredibly much about him. But he hasn't called me. My guy friends insist it is definitely over.

We were "right" and we were "meant to be." And it SUCKS!
