She wants to "get to know you again".

OK, so she has a few doubts

  What the heck does that mean?  Has she forgotten you?  Was she looking you straight in the eyes when she said it?  She thinks you can get to know each other while on "dates"?!?  I know people who use "date" as a four-letter dirty word connoting artificial acting in a manipulative environment.  I also know people who think that psychobabble and sentences, which convey no meaning, should be outlawed from our verbal communications.  Well, maybe I don't know anyone else who feels that way.

It takes two people to be in a relationship.  SHE's called it off, SHE's told you that she wants to get to know you,

I agree he has to figure out his terms, but that could mean staying with him. .

SHE might date other people...WHAT ABOUT YOU?  What are your terms?
