You're in a tough position.  You can repeat the dating/courtship phase of your relationship, but it's not going to be like it was at the beginning.

What's that about? If she wants to date other men he should forget about her.

  But if you love her and you really want to marry her, go ahead and show her how much you care.  Even if she dates other men, she'll see that you are committed.

If your romantic courting doesn't work, think about making the wedding cancellation permanent.  You don't say why she called it off in the first place, but neither of you should enter into this kind of commitment without full enthusiasm from both sides.  It's hard enough as it is.
