I disagree!
Um, hello? Why should she trust HER instinct on whether
someone else is gay, when many people have trouble determining
that about themselves? She certainly hasn't shown that great
of an instinct on the matter so far.
She suspects him of being gay because he didn't want to
go too far with lovemaking, he 'seems kind of feminine'
and he wore rainbow shorts?
Give me a break.
Gay men acting effiminate is just a stereotype. It's no
way to tell whether someone is gay or not. Rainbow shorts?
He said that he thinks that gay stuff is nasty, so would
he try and advertise himself as gay like that? Or maybe
he just likes the way they look.
The physical affection part is really the only credible
bit, but even that can easily be for some other reason.
Maybe he actually has an ounce of sense and wants to wait
before doing anything too serious.
