Dear Panel,

I have a problem starting conversations with girls and when I do, I have nothing to say. The other night a friend of mine introduced me to a friend of hers and I had no idea what to say and how to start a conversation.  I need help really bad and please don't give me an answer of being myself because that's the problem.
