Dear Panel,

There is this guy. I have known him for about 2 years. We're pretty good friends. But I have a problem. I don't know if he likes me for a friend or girlfriend. He flirts with me, plays with my hair and smiles at me all the time. He talks to me like any other person would. My friends tell us we should date. He just looks at me and smiles.

Our school went on a trip to an amusement park. A friend and I were at a concession stand, he came up to me and he put his arms around my waist, his head on my shoulder and said,"Guess Who?"

I don't know if this is love or like. What should I do? What does he want? I'm getting so many mixed messages that I don't know what to do!

Please Help! I need your advice!
