You have to figure out how you feel about him. I agree If you truly care about him romantically, you should go for a romantic relationship.

I disagree, I think the handwriting is on the wall with this guy. She tells him she loves him and has sex with him and then doesn't hear from him for weeks. That guy used her and she should forget about him and resolve never to get herself in that kind of situation again.
