Dear Panel,

 Hi, I'm a junior in high school now, and I've been in a couple relationships but I still have trouble initiating a conversation with a girl I don't really know. There is a girl in one of my classes that I've caught looking at me on numerous occasions. I would REALLY like to get to know her better, but I've never talked to her in my life. please tell me how I should approach her, I don't want to miss my chance.
