I disagree, because you are being vulnerrable when you say that.  Don't do that to yourself.  If he really likes you, tell him to prove it.  But don't take him back right away, because you don't want to go through that heartache again.  If he breaks up with her without knowing you are there to rebound to and just chills for a while, maybe he does really like you.  And you shouldn't kiss him, because you would not like someone to do that to you.  And it makes him think he can have you anytime.  Does that make sense?
