Hi Nick.  I bet if you had three guys together they would all agree that they like girls who are nice, fun, look good, and aren't immature.  Each guy would think something different is the most important - but no one would say any of these qualities are BAD!! It's the same with young women (and adult women, too).

Unfortunately, you can cultivate all these things and girls won't like you because they think you are trying too hard!  You sound like a nice guy - easy to like.

That's right, he only needs 1 girl to like him.

§ But just a general hoping for girls in general isn't going to help you because one thing girls DON'T like is being treated like they aren't an individual - and being interested in every girl out there isn't going to make any girl feel special. 

So, next you have to ask yourself, is there anyone that you are interested in? If so, giving that person special attential and letting them know you are interested may be scary but certainly will be more fruitful than just a general wish for a girlfriend.  You'll also end up happier if you end up with someone you are interested in!  Good luck - and have fun getting to know the nice girls you are interested in.
