Dear Panel,
My boyfriend has a problem with the fact
that I have several single male friends. In fact, my
closest friend is a man.
He Doesn't Believe In Opposite Sex Friends
My boyfriend has stated that no one that
he knows has friends of the opposite sex and that "with
my history" he has a right not to trust me until
I earn his trust.
He as stated that he would prefer that
I no longer socialize with any single males other than
my closest friend as he knows that if he interfered
with that friendship, he would no longer be my boyfriend.
He Reads My Email
He also stated that he would be more comfortable
if I stop cleaning out my email inbox. Even though I
allow him to read my email, as I have nothing to hide,
he thinks I may be hiding something when I permanently
delete email.
