I totally agree. This guy should be commended. After talking for hours, he didn't want it to end. But at the same time, he didn't want to overstep his bounds. Afterall it's not even the second date and he didn't want to rush it.

Take your time. It's obvious the intimate portion of the realtionship is important to him and he wants it to be special. He's not a cold fish, but is being careful.

Don't be afraid to go in first, either. Give him a hug, he'll be happily surprised. In a similar situation, I'd do the same thing.

Today people jump to the physical all to quickly and it shows a lack of respect. Too many shallow puddles nowadays anyway! He's doing the right thing. Be happy with that. Hope he calls for date #3!
