You sound like you're not ready to have sex. It's great that you are aware of that. I think it's wise not to do anything you don't want to do. You have every right not to want to have sex.

Of course, the other side of the coin is that just as much as you have a right NOT to want to have sex, others have a right to want to. They aren't bad, or evil, or shallow for wanting to have sex. It just means that they want something different from what you want

Sometimes relationships don't work out because the two people want different things. It sounds as if that is what happening with you. Be patient, you will find someone who you like who wants what you do out of a relationship.
