Am I wrong for wanting to divorce her?

I disagree because no one should stay in a situation they are unhappy in.

He Should Find Another Love

He would still see his son, and he may be able to save the friendship with his wife, but he should try to find a love that will make him feel whole.

This situation should be handled carefully, possibly with the help of a third party (counsellor).

We Don't Deserve Punishment for Poor Judgment

He doesn't deserve to be punished because he made a poor judgment call when he was lonely. Do we all deserve to be unhappy forever if we make a wrong choice? No!

Buddy, do it and I hope you find love and happiness out there. Your son will understand believe me.
