I disagree with the part where Lefty gives examples of what he
may have to tell his girlfriend.
It's Not a Joke
I disagree with the fact that he seems to be making a big joke
out of this guy's question. I don't see it as a big joke.
A relationship is based on trust and honesty, no matter how long
you have been together, or what it is.
If It Will Hurt Her, She Needs To Know
If you have to ask us if she should know, it has got to be pretty
serious. I think that if it is something that is going to seriously
hurt her in a big way, then it is something that she totally deserves
to know. If it's something that isn't so serious but could still
mildly hurt her, then yes she should still know.
I don't believe in keeping secrets from my significant other, and
I don't believe that you should either. So sit her down in a mutual
setting and let her know whatever it is you need her to know.
She Will Know You're Honest
If she loves you truly, she will be mad at first, and then she
will realize that you had the guts to tell her and she'll know that
you'll always be completely honest with her.
