I played my ex twice 'cause I was ashamed of the way he looked. But after we broke up he was still there for me like a best friend would be and I AM STILL IN LOVE WITH HIM.

Recently I told him that I loved him and he didn't believe me. He told me that he still has feelings for me but that he doesn't trust me.

How do I get Him and his trust back? How do I prove to him that I'm not a player anymore that I have changed?
