How do I prove that I've changed and can be trusted?

Jayne Answers:

Dear Not A Player,

The only thing that proves that you are not a player is your actions. They speak louder than words. (Sorry for the cliché).

It's reasonable why he wouldn't trust you. I've been in his position before...you could be all game and no real action. If he were writing this letter to me about whether he should take you back, I'd be all like "No." 'Cause it wouldn't be worth him getting hurt again.

Nah. If she thinks that she is mature enough, she should find someone new to test it on.

But if you're sure this time that you're mature enough to stick around and that you care for him enough to be there then you need to really communicate to him how much you love him and care for him, every day.

Alex How can she be real? She doesn't KNOW what she wants.

Tell him how good he is and be there for him. , and just be real with him. That's all you can do, because there's no magic potion or formula to undo the damage that the pain which you brought on has caused.

Ultimately, it's up to him.

Good luck,

Jayne
