In a long-distance relationship love and a willing effort of 110% are key factors. In your case, you feel the love, but you need to know how Denise feels.

First Denise needs to know how you truly feel about her so she may see just how serious you are. Once she knows your feelings, you need to ask Denise her true feelings for you. Ask her to be completely honest, making sure she knows she may speak freely, whether a serious relationship can grow or not, but you need to be strong, listen and accept everything she says.

If she does not want to continue a relationship, stay friends and move on. This would be a great lesson in love, and what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger!

If she wants a serious relationship, she needs to know that her and Rob's intimate relationship is a problem. If she is willing to make the relationship work, she will be willing to understand your feelings about Rob.
