Dear Panel,

I'm only a freshman in high school, but I really need help trying to figure out if this guy I know likes me.

He always flirts with me (I guess) like trying to touch my arm or give me a massage. But I cant figure out if he really likes me or if he just wants some (ya know).

He is really nice and I like him a lot. My friends say he likes me but they don't know that for sure.

How can I tell if he's flirting just to flirt or if he's flirting cuz he likes me? heellllppp!!
