How a person relates to his or her parents provides useful
information about how he/she will treat you in future.
It also provides information about how future conflicts
with you (and there will be some) will be dealt with.
She's Avoiding Conflict
In this instance, your girlfriend has communication issues
with her parents. She is avoiding conflict.
