Hi Lil' Bit!
Well, I am first going to tell you that I can relate to you! I
have dealt with this problem before!
I know it can be frustrating to feel like someone likes you but
has a girlfriend.
Either He's a Player, or He's Unsure of You
There are two different things that may be going on:

He is a big flirt and loves attention from girls. If you feel
like this is the case, don't let your heart get into it. I know
it is sad to say but some guys are players, and will just do this
sort of thing to see what kind of response they get.

Of course, there is a 3rd possibility:
He knows how she feels, and wants her as a backup.

He REALLY does have feelings for you, but is comfortable in his
relationship and doesn't want to break up with his girlfriend
because he is not sure if you like him in the same way. If you
think this is the case, lay low for awhile. Be his FRIEND. Hang
out with him. It is OK to flirt, flirting is harmless, BUT just
don't get involved with him when he has a girlfriend. Doing this
can cause you heartache in the long run.
Be His Friend
My advice to you: continue being his friend. This way he knows
that you are always there for him. And if he does break up with
his girlfriend (and he will...if it is meant to be) you will be
right there waiting for him!
