How can she see me as more than her tutor?

Dear Panel,

She is one of my students at the tutoring firm I work at. I want to ask her out but am unsure of how to do so. She is, after all, my student.

Dear Panel,

I am a 22-year-old college student who is also a part-time tutor.

She is one of my students at the tutoring firm I work at. She is fairly shy but has a sweet personality.

I Love Her Personality

I fell in love with her sweet personality and enjoyed spending time and having conversations with her. I want to ask her out but am unsure of how to do so. She is, after all, my student.

How can I get through this barrier and lead her to see me as something more? My other concern is that she is only 17-years-old (don't worry, I have no intention in breaking any laws).

What kind of guys are girls at that age attracted to? Can anyone offer me some advice?
