Sweetie,

You don't want the law to be the same in all states.

That means the federal government would be making the law, and ah yes....breaking it would be a FEDERAL offense.

You should learn more about your government, state and federal, before making those statements.

Oh by the way, unless it falls under the Interstate Commerce Act, states cannot be regulated by federal government.
