Ashley,
Oh my god. I don't know where to begin.
You Are Not Ready
First of all, you are 16. Lets start there. At 16 years of age
I don't care what anybody says you are not ready for true
love and sure not ready for a baby. One thing that I can tell you
is that your boyfriend is right about you going to school. You need
to do some living.
He's Not Ready Either
First get through high school and then college. You will see how
much things change in that time. Maybe it is me but I can't get
over the fact that you are talking baby talk at 16. YOU ARE NOT
READY. Not financially and not emotionally. And I can guarantee
that the 18 year old boyfriend isn't either.
Teenaged Moms Are All by Themselves
Darling, you see too many teenage moms walking around out there.
And you know what they all have in common? They are by themselves.
I worked at a half-way house where single teenage moms lived because
they were on the streets with their babies. It is a horrible thing.
Most didn't even finish high school.
Ask Him for $15 for a Pregnancy Test
I suggest you get a pregnancy test.
Get the 15$ from the boyfriend and get yourself tested. If you
are not pregnant then start using a condom. Better yet, stop having
sex and get that track scholarship along with an academic scholarship
go to college, get a wonderful job and write back in 6 years or
so and tell me how successful you are.
Good luck and I hope everything works out for you.
Your friend
Jimmy
