We Talked for Hours

All right, I met this girl a couple of days ago. Her name is Sara. She is sweet, reads a lot, kind, and really cute. I can tell she likes me, because the first time we met we talked for hours . She even said she liked me.

The next day she wrote me in email and told me that we needed to talk. When we
talked later that night, she said her friend Eric kissed her, and we talked a lot about and she asked me if it would be all right if she explored with him, and go out with him. Eric is the same age as me, about the same height which is 6'1", brownish hair.

I was crushed because I thought she really meant everything she told me the night before, but I told her to go ahead and go out with him. She has been with him for a while we still talk , and she still says she likes me and she wants me to wait for her, but I was thinking if she really liked me, wouldn't she dump her boyfriend for me?

Lately, I am thinking she doesn't like me. All she ever wants me to do is email her, but she never replies back and I am sure she hasn't even told Eric about me. If I find out
she didn't, I am thinking of telling her that I can't even be her friend now, it is too painful.

What should I do?
