Take Away the Butterflies

I think that so many people get caught up in the romantic ideals of what love is and should be. I firmly believe that you should be able to take away the butterflies, the excitement, the anticipation and all those other emotions that accompany FALLING in love with someone and if you can still say that you can't imagine your life without them, that's love. The type of love that works through the good and the bad times, that doesn't walk away when it's tough. Simply because walking away just isn't an option.

Personalities that Blend

And there are times when you do love someone wholeheartedly, and yet it still isn't enough. Maybe it isn't right. Who knows? But just loving the other person isn't enough to make any relationship work. It takes two personalities who can work with each other, compromise and bend. It's probably the hardest thing you'll ever accomplish, building a last relationship – but also the most worthy of your time and devotion.
