I was wondering how active is sexually active? Is once a year still active? Once ever?

Is there a difference between "I've had sex" and "I'm sexually active"?

Does doing other sexual actions besides intercourse (like masturbation) mean you're being sexually active?

I recall people saying "I wish I was still sexually active" (these being single friends in their 30s). Does this imply that one loses their activity status after a certain amount of time?

I know that those were a lot of questions, but they were pretty much in the same group, I think.
