I had sex with an older guy, can he get in trouble?

Dear Panel,

...I got caught by my parents when I was coming home and they found out that he dropped me off. But I told them I wasn't with him and that I was with someone else, but I'm not completely sure that they believe me or not. So I'm just scared that they could get him in some kind of trouble for something. They don't know we had sex...

Dear Panel,

I am a 14-year-old female from Pennsylvania.

He's a 24-year-old male from Pennsylvania.

I Snuck Out To Have Sex with him

OK, I met this one guy about 3 months ago, and ever since then we'd talk over the Internet and get to know each other and all. A month ago Friday and Saturday nights, I snuck out my house with him to see him, and we had sex.

I like him a lot, and I never liked anyone as much as I like him. Everything about him seems so perfect, and he's someone I want to be with really bad now, or else I'd wait until I'm 15 (that's when my parents will let me date). If he'd wait for me that long...?

I think about him every single day, and sometimes I'll just get so sick thinking about him all that time that I won't eat for the day or else I'll just sit around and not talk to anyone unless it's a really close friend that knows about me and him, and then he's all I wanna talk about to her.

And I don't like any other guys at all anymore, only him.

I know I probably sound stupid and obsessed or something, but I love him to death.

He Says He's Not Seeing Other Girls

We're not a couple or anything, but we talk on the phone a couple times a week and he's not seeing any other girls that I know of.

My Parents Caught Me Coming Home

But anyway, on Saturday night I got caught by my parents when I was coming home and they found out that he dropped me off. But I told them I wasn't with him and that I was with someone else, but I'm not completely sure that they believe me or not. So I'm just scared that they could get him in some kind of trouble for something. They don't know we had sex though.

Can He Get in Trouble?

Can my parents press any kind of charges against him at all? I'm not exactly sure what statutory rape laws are in my area, so would that be considered statutory rape then? And can he get in trouble for it if no one has any proof that we had sex?

Thanks!
