I've In Love With My Best Friend
I've been in love with my best friend since we were about
12 (we're 20 now). He knew how I felt, but always said he
wasn't ready for a relationship.
He Recently Came Out To Me
I went to his college (I stayed home, he went out of state)
for a week to stay with him and tell him again. Well, he
said that he'd never be able to love me the way I love him
because he's gay.
Our Friendship Will Last Through Anything
I cried for 5 hours after, but I'm beginning to realize
that my love was developed from a friendship that will last
through anything.
We're very close, and have hope for the future, but I'm
scared and it's hard because he hasn't come out to any one
else.
The Love Of Friendship Is Healing My Heart
My heart still feels broken, but the love of a friendship
is healing me, and all I can do is move forward, with him.
