If he continues to let those women treat him the way they are treating
him, are you going to be able to respect him?

It looks to me like you are in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Whether you know it or not, you have made yourself available to
help boost your boyfriend's wounded ego. While he may not be able
to get the type of relationship he wants with either of his exes,
he is at least getting some sexual attention from you. You clearly
want more than that from him.
Break It Off
I advise you to break this off, the sooner the better.
Talk to a Professional
After that, I think you would benefit from a little self-examination
as well. Ask yourself why you feel so attracted to this emotionally
unavailable guy? And as I often recommend, talking to a real professional,
not amateurs like us, would probably benefit your life in ways you
hadn't even thought of.
