I don't think every couple has to be into the exact same things
that the other is. It's not as interesting. You'd both talk about
the same thing and never really learn anything from each other that
you can't learn from yourself or a book on the subject.
Go For It
I would go with the one who makes you sweat, who intrigues you
and the fact that you want to be with him is also a good thing.
So I think that even though you don't share the same interests
but you are at least interested in what your partner does, it can
work.
