Dear Happily,
I don't think it particularly matters if I think what you did
is
wrong. I think it matters what you and your husband think.
Why Did You Marry Him?
Do you know why you married him? Do you think you would consider
going to counseling to figure out why you wanted to marry someone
you weren't in love with?
Your question is interesting to me because it sounds like the only
effect you see of not being in love with him is not enjoying sex
with him.
Get Counseling
I think you need to do some work in counseling to figure out the
other ways the lack of love is affecting the marriage. I am thinking
you may have some issues with insecurity, so maybe that could be
explored in counseling.
After you have gone to counseling and done a little work to figure
out what you want, the two of you should go to counseling together.
