You Don't Love Him

It seems that you probably don't love Jon. If you're questioning your feelings, then it's safe to assume that they're not accurate.

It sounds as though you like the companionship provided between you two, which could explain why you dislike not talking to him.

You Can Be Friends

Just because you're not dating doesn't mean you can't still talk and be friends.

Jon's feelings for you can't be attributed to true love- at 15, I'm sure he doesn't quite understand what true love feels like. Considering you mostly know each other over the Internet, there's not a lot of basis for a relationship of the magnitude he feels.

Tell Him How You Feel

However, continuing to state you love him when you don't feel as such could lead to trouble. You two should honestly discuss your feelings with each other, and decide what romantic future, if any, you will have together.
