Dear Panel,
I am a 16-year-old female. I'm not sure
if this is your type of advice, but I'll ask anyway.
Jim is a 17-year-old male. I don't really know much
about him. He lives about 40 miles away from where I
live.
He's My Friend's Ex
Katie is a good friend of mine, Jim's
ex girlfriend. They are still friends. She lives in
the same town as I do.
I met Jim in December when him and Katie
were still dating, I added him to one of my messengers,
just interested in friendship and nothing else. Two
days later Katie dumped him.
I Turned Him Down
A little while later, not too much longer
afterward, he asked me if I would go out with him and
I said no because he's my friend's ex, and I'm not really
interested in a relationship right now, and he said
he understood.
He's Emailing Me Weird Stuff
He continued to ask again a little while
later and after 4 or 5 times of me turning him down
he started sending me weird e-mails. They said thing
like that he loves me more than anyone, and that he
has never slept with anyone and wants me to be his first,
and that he know we will end up together in the end
end, and we can't deny fate and I should just give in
now, and that in the future we should get married and
have kids, 3, two girls and a boy, he even named them
and when they were born.
That's when I flat out told him to leave
me alone and I deleted him from my messenger and I blocked
his email address.
And now he keeps creating new email addresses
under some of my friend's emails and writes me, he has
asked a few of my friends to take pics of me and send
them to him. None of them have, but I'm getting to the
point where I want to report him to the cops or something,
but my friend, whose dad is a cop keeps telling me there's
nothing they can do since I deleted all of his messages
and have no proof he is doing this, but he's kind of
starting to scare me.
How do I get him to leave me alone forever?
