First of all let me say this, been there and still there.

My situation is similar in the fact that you are in love so much that it hurts, the pain is so immense that it confuses you.

She Doesn't Love You

I agree. She doesn't care about him.

Well, she does not love you like you love her. You need to come to terms with that in the next 10 days.

Use Her For Support, Then Dump Her

Bad idea. He doesn't need a girl to succeed.

In this type of situation you need to learn how to be completely selfish (she already has been anyway). You can keep her tagging along for emotional support and drop her when you have learned to stand on your own. This will allow you to get through basic training and to be happy.

However, don't let my words fool you, in no way am I saying that it will be easy. But from my experience, being away from her (and I'm guessing not being able to communicate with her either) will make it easier to go without her in the future. Absence does not make the heart grow fonder... trust me.

You're a good guy. Leave things the way they are, and let time heal it. You need to focus on slowly removing your heart from the situation... you can always call me...just kidding : P
