I work as a lifeguard in the summer. Since sixth grade, everyone's been telling me that I'm a terrible flirt. I honestly don't mean to be, but I can't help it.

I like the boys I work with and I really would like to become better friends with them. I'm not looking for anything more. But a lot of the girls have crushes on the guys, and I don't want to look like the flirty slut who's trying to steal them away.

How can I be friendly, keep my good relationship with the guys, but at the same time, not have them like me, and keep my good relationship with the girls? Please tell me how NOT to be flirtatious, and still be myself.
