I agree completely. In spite of your best efforts, she
walked out on you because she was looking for something
that you DID NOT EVER OFFER, i.e. maybe she believed you
were too nice and hence indecisive or naive.
Or maybe this was just something that she wanted to toy
with and was never serious. In any case, DO NOT MULL OVER
THIS.
I'm sure there is another nice girl you may want to get
to know. And then, when you two are together (and STOP BEING
A NICE GUY ALL THE TIME), she will doubtless notice.
