Dear Panel,
My partner keeps fighting, but each
time it gets more and more verbally violent. I dread to think what
the next fight will be like.
What can I say or do to stop him losing
his temper and start talking?

When the words get violent, leave the room. Refuse to listen until
he speaks calmly. Think about whether this is the right partner for
you.

Come on, what's the point of being with a psycho?
You want to get him to "talk"? Please.

Dear Panel,
I am attracted to the married man
down the street and I am also married myself, happily in fact.
He has made it clear that he is unhappy
in his marriage and we had sex the other day. I want to continue this
physical relationship without strings attached. He has a history of
romantic feelings attached to these physical relationships.
Do I need to worry that one or both
of us will develop feelings or that this could be a damaging situation?

You mean, more damaging that married people having sex with people
other than their respective spouses?
|

|
1. Congratulations! People who only care for themselves NEVER have
to worry about developing feelings for others.
2. Damaging situation? Are you SERIOUS? Were you THERE when you got
married?
Your poor husband; you are what we call a BAD wife.

Dear Panel,
I have a boyfriend who is 1 year and
6 months younger than me. I don't want to have sex with him, but what
is the legal sex thing in Pennsylvania?
I'm just curious becuse in other states,
it's 16 and younger OR older! I just turned 17, and he will be 16
in October.
Can we still "just date"?
Is that possible?
I don't want to have sex with him because
I don't believe in sex before marriage, but I wanna know if we can
still date!
Please get back to me on this!!!
Confused
Female; age 17; Pennsylvania, USA

|
Yes, you can date, and no, you don't have to have sex with him, in
any state.
|
|
|
You can still date. And even if you do have sex, no one's going to
go gunning after a 17 year old girl who does it with a 16 year old
guy.
|
|
|
The age of consent in Pennsylvania is 16.
Dating him is legal; having sex with him while he's 15 and you're
17 is not legal.

Dear Panel,
If a girl says:
"Although I've had a lot of fun going
places with you, I think we should just be friends. It's nothing
personal against you, it's just that I really don't have time to
make a commitment with someone right now. I hope you understand
and that we can still be friends. "
Does that mean that she has another
boyfriend? Doesn't like me anymore? Or she realy doesn't have time?

Dear Panel,
My girlfriend keeps saying that I check
out other girls in shopping centres, streets, other cars, everywhere
we go, and even on TV and magizines.
We always end up fighting about it.
The problem is that I don't check out other girls and I tell her that
all the time, which she doesn't believe. For example, if I were walking
in a shopping centre and was looking straight ahead, she would ask
me "What are you looking at? Why are you looking there? And for
how long?" when I was simply looking straight ahead at nothing
she would pick a girl out of the crowd and question me about her.
I feel uncomfortable when I go out
with her, and often keep my head down to the ground. I've tried everything
I can to try to get her to stop it, but I can't.

Dear Panel,
I really wanna know!
I like a girl and she knows it, too.
In past weeks I've been calling her up every single day. I think she
is happy to talk with me, too!
But the only thing is, she has a boyfriend.
I talked to my friend about it, and he told me to stop calling her,
to make her worried.
So I did I didn't call her any
more then she called me and asked "Are you mad at me or
something?"
I said "No, why should I?"
and just talked for few minutes. We usually talk more than an hour
on the phone each day.
I am really worried about what I am
doing. Is it right? Or not right? Should I keep doing this? Or not?
Pretty please, Help Me Out!! =(

Dear Panel,
A girl at work has been flirting with
me for about four months, smiling and giving me hot looks. I have
been kind of resistant, me and her living in different cities, but
I finally decided to ask her out.
She was very happy when I asked but
said she has a boyfriend.
Can you explain why she is behaving
in this way? She is not an outgoing person flirting with everybody,
but rather shy, and so am I. Maybe that's way I waited so long.

Dear Panel,
My boyfriend just broke up with me, and before this
occurred he thought it was a good idea to work on our friendship.
Should I have listened? Now I'm miserable.
Also, we shared an intimate night together before
he broke up with me. Is it true that two people can still be physically
attracted although their feelings have changed?
By the way, our relationship has been a long distance
relationship for about 1 1/2 years.
